The 7 Best Blogging Platforms for Beginners?
That’s why we did the research and came up with the 7 best blogging
platforms for beginners!
1: Wordpress
With over 53% of
all websites running on WordPress, it’s easy to see why it’s been dubbed by
some as the King of blogging
platforms.
2: Tumblr
If
you’re looking to create a basic, casual blog, Tumblr is an excellent choice. A
terrific tool for procrastinators, Tumblr makes it incredibly simple to get
started: Just choose a username and you’re ready to go.
3: Medium
Medium
is a great blogging platform because it’s not overly popular yet, meaning
there’s less competition. Content from Medium tends to get featured on sites
like Huffington Post or LinkedIn Pulse—so if you want to start earning by
blogging, Medium might be a good place to start.
4: Ghost
If
you’re a beginner blogger, then Ghost could be a great blogging platform for
you. It’s free, it has an excellent editorial system and it will give you an
opportunity to earn online. This is how I started with blogging and I recommend
it because of its simplicity. After more than one year of blogging, I moved
from Ghost to WordPress as my personal preference changed and I felt that
WordPress offered me more flexibility when designing my own website.
5: Squarespace
Square Space is, hands down, one of my favorite platforms to use when I’m building a
website. It’s extremely user-friendly and makes website creation a breeze. The
great thing about Square Space is it has beautiful templates that you can
instantly start editing in just minutes after you sign up and create your site.
6: Hootsuite
The
real draw of Hootsuite is that it’s free, so anyone with an idea can use it to
jumpstart their earning online strategy.
7: Google
Sites
For free and a single user, Google Sites is a great choice. It’s as easy to use as creating an email.
You can easily embed photos, videos,
calendars and more to make content look clean and professional. Additionally,
blogs created on Google Sites have basic analytics right within their dashboard
so you can keep track of how much traffic your posts are getting without having
to look at outside software or apps (like WordPress). If your goal is to get
started earning online in minutes with no previous experience blogging, then Sites
is one of your best bets. Don’t hesitate to check out our guide: How To Start A
